Outstanding Customer Service from Fretzie
I have been using the Nue products for several years and have always had great experiences. I had a subscription with the Supa Thick serum and noticed that the product started having a thinner consistency. I brought this to their attention. Fretzie was the person who handled my concerns, Fretzie was very professional and made made me feel like my concerns were listened to and valued. Fretzie managed my request efficiently and took the extra time to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. That kind of customer care makes a world of difference. Because of this positive experience, I feel much better about the company as a whole and will definitely keep Nue in my favorites.

I can't comment on the actual product as I haven't used it yet. However, it was shipped from China! I should have checked this first. So it's not something homely and wholesome made in the UK. And the packaging doesn't state 'Nue' it says 'Laniska'. So basically they're buying in stuff from China and getting it sent out. It's dishonest, and no doubt much more expensive than buying direct. I won't be buying from them again.

Never got my order
Never got my order. Customer service won't respond. Seems to be a theme with NeuCo
They lost my order and didn’t care. No sense of urgency
They lost my order in transit about two weeks before Xmas. I thought It’d be fine given the time I had to contact them but 48-72hrs between loose responses concluded in them re-dispatching my order on Friday 19/12. They also completely ignored my request to send it next day to ensure I got it before Xmas, stating they couldn’t guarantee it (which is complete nonsense). If you go on their website now they are literally promoting next day delivery still (21/12), so they’ve just avoided the expense of £5 to send my order after Xmas.
Awful customer service and painful to deal with. Slow and senseless responses with no sense of urgency or respect for the customer.
worrying lack of communication
I completely agree with another reviewer saying there is zero response to emails regarding an order that has not been delivered.
I feel that the company who continue to trade are rude and disrespectful in not providing reassurance or updates about orders that are late.
Really disappointed and will unsubscribe.
Also may have to raise a dispute issue with my bank to retrieve my payment.
Terrible customer service and fulfilment
I’m really upset that this is what it has come to. I’ve been a loyal customer of yours since 2022 with a recurring subscription.
A month ago, there was a problem with my subscription not auto-renewing itself. Customer service apologised and sorted that. Payment was successfully taken out of my account on Nov 15th. However, to this day, I have not received my £108 order.
Emails to customer service have gone unanswered. My order still shows ‘unfulfilled’ within my account portal. So upsetting! When can I expect to receive my supplements?
I am going to cancel my subscription once this order is finally fulfilled, if ever.

Terrible. The products always seem so good but they are very average. Great comm and PR. The truly worst thing about this company is the lack of customer service, support and follow up. Beware. I will never purchase anything else from them and will recommend to do the same to anyone else wondering: clearly, I’m not alone, many others have been subjected to the same treatment..! You can buy the same type of products from other (and better) suppliers.
Great Pre + Probiotic
My husband and I have been using the Pre + Probiotic for several years and it's absolutely brilliant. He has an inflammatory disease that affects everything from his guts to his ears, and this supplement (along with some dietary changes to exclude sensitivities) fully cleared up a long-term problem. The subscription service is great and keeps us topped up, and customer service is friendly and efficient if a problem arises (changing products, etc.). I highly recommend!!
Would recommend!
I purchased a few items - the forest lungs perfume is absolutely beautiful, unlike anything I’ve tried before. The sleep drops have really benefited my sleep (I’ve only used them twice but I’ve noticed a difference already) and unfortunately the moisturiser caused an allergic reaction and I can’t use it but fortunately I contacted customer service and Anna has arranged a full refund and couldn’t have been more helpful.
Really great products and even better customer service when there’s a problem.
Oh and aesthetically everything is gorgeous, the perfume bottle feels heavy and luxurious and looks really high end.

Not happy
Subscribed for a few products after reading about high quality of products but did not expect unprofessional and useless customer service and website which does not allow you to amend your subscriptions! Awaiting for my next delivery date i was unable to find any option on the website which would allow me to skip it, emailed customer services few times but by then my order was despatched! Eventually someone picked up my email but again no support offered apart from flat "send it back if you don't want it!" not even a simple "we apologise for the experience you had" nothing! As a result just cancelled my account and moved to another company which at least is responsive and seems to care. They should not be in business with shady practices and lack of basic customer service.
I love Nue Co’s products
I love Nue Co’s products, especially their Pro- & Pre-Biotic, it works miracles for my gut. I’ve tried 20+ pre-biotics and none are anywhere near as effective as the Nue Co’s. My latest order was lost in the post but Alex (customer support) was amazing and sending a new package and communicating very actively.

Horrible products with so many unnecessary additives
The products are also not good, crazy amounts of stevia and thickening gums in a gut supplement. Very strange, would not buy again. Also they never answered my email, it’s been over 3 months. Not surprised after finding out is a drop shipper.

This review is for the product and the customer service. The product I would give a 4/5 ⭐️. Customer service like a 2/5 ⭐️. The Growth Phase is great, easy to take, I started noticing significant baby hair growth along my hairline around 2-3 month mark as advertised. I really do like their product but was really disappointed by their customer service. I subscribed to their monthly Growth phase and they totally missed one month. I’m not sure what happened but I checked my account and the order wasn’t even placed. When I went to message them for a reason and if they could fix it they only stated that “yes you are correct, your next fill is next month” and I had to contact them again to ask them to fill it and let me know what happened. They did apologize but never really offered anything other than an apology. I’m still waiting on the order they missed. It’s been 11 days since I haven’t been taking my supplements (shipping takes forever) and maybe that’s not going to drastically put me behind but again it’s fairly disappointing that they’d miss an order like that.

Completely unreliable
Completely unreliable company which is such a shame. The sleep+ capsules seemed to really help with my husband’s insomnia, but they went out of stock for about 6 months last year. They finally came back into stock, we got a few months supply which again helped, but then the next order of 3 months supply was all close to expiry when it arrived. We got a refund and went to order again, but they are out of stock again and customer services say they are not expected back into stock anytime soon. They clearly need to sort out their supply chain, and start checking expiry dates before they send out orders. I won’t order from nueco again.
Out of this World Quality
Your products are truly, the highest quality, out of this world! My favorite especially is Forest lungs, every morning I breathe in and it sets me up for my day with a more balanced and centered approach! Your customer service team is very friendly knowledgeable, and excellent to work with. I highly recommend the Neu company!
