This company is a despicable, thieving, stealing and dishonest business.
I purchased online at 2.00 am in August, 2025 for $73 product and when I checked my bank at 6.00am, $479 had disappeared from my account. I immediately cancelled the order (as they have a 12 hour cancellation policy ) but seven months later I am still fighting for my refund. There is no way the produc5 was dispatched in those hours, but they flatly refused a refund. I am fed up with Emma, the bot, reaching out to me and I will never deal with them ever again and will spread the word. I have a file 2” thick on the correspondence back and forth, but to no avail. Pathetic company and I wish I had read all these negative reviews before I ordered from Omi- Home.

Not sure if you want to deal with this business,False advertising,demanding a return is like pulling teeth and customer service is totally off line with no communication after the first few emails then been ignored totally.DO NOT deal with this company!

Like many other testimonials, my experience was not good. Duplicitous advertisements suggest performance not delivered by the product. Ordering process does not allow review before the transaction. Attempts to cancel orders within the 12 hours specified are not honored. Returns are not honored with customer satisfaction but, with an interminable process that ends with frustration and return postage to China that exceeds the effort.

Do not do business with this company. You'll be disappointed.

The product sent did not match the description, being a much cheaper replacement that i don't need or want.

Once they get your credit card #'s, they charge fake purchases.

Purchased Dyson hair dryer from theomnihome.com for $279. It quit working after a few weeks. They refused to let me return it even thought it was still under warranty with Dyson. When I contacted Dyson they could not find any record of the serial number, so they could not help me either. Theomnihome.com is a scam site.

Fake Dyson. Dead on first use. No return label. No customer service at all. Scammed me for $265.00
I will be surprised if anyone can see this. They removed my comments from their website. All 5 stars. Fake!!

Beware of this website. If the prices are too good to be true, they are. They sell counterfeit goods from China.
