Friendly and professional
A friend recommended Tim to me when I hurt my neck. We had just gone into lockdown and nowhere was open. I got in touch with Tim and he arranged an online apt for me straight away. Very friendly and professional. He gave me some specific exercises to do, and I noticed an improvement in my neck within a few days. I would highly recommend him!

Physio for Knee Injury
Before I approached Tim at The Online Physiotherapist, I was extremely concerned that the injury I had to cartilage and ligaments in my knee was getting progressively worse. As a professional gardener, good fitness and mobility is essential.
Tim was able to diagnose the problem and gave me the advice and program of helpful exercises that I needed to avoid long term damage and rapidly improve the knee. I found him very approachable and he put me at ease. I was also very impressed with his professionalism and integrity.
