She asked me to deposit money into bank details of a business or organisation I didn’t know.
I said -
“how do I know this is real”
Followed by “Sorry, I have just been scammed so much lately”

Her response after I wanted to buy multiple items:

“I have run this company for over 10years and probably dressed 100s of influencers and TV personalities that you know. I will just pass it on as it makes me uncomfortable that someone believes that I scam people..”

No words tbh…

If I could give a 0 star I would. Do not hire from this business. I have an ongoing dispute with them keeping my money and not refunding due to the dress that I originally wanted to hire being too long and unable to be altered. The business was provided with such reasoning and refused to refund my money. Avoid avoid avoid!

Terrible the dress I received had rips and holes I took it out of the package and put it straight back in the return envelope and sent it back I didn't won't to hire a rag

Beware. Extremely disappointed in this businesses communication with clients. I was notified the day my dress was due to be shipped that it actually hadn't been returned by previous renter and wouldn't arrive for my formal. I get this cannot be helped, but surely I could have been notified 48 hours earlier that it hadn't been returned for dry cleaning etc. On quizzing this I was told by Helena that they only know a dress hadn't arrived back when they go to package for postageT.his has left me limited time to find a replacement. Be very careful.

Event got cancelled by COVID-19 - gave 1.5 weeks notice and told them the situation. Refused refund. Lady was rude and did not budge.... still made me pay $110 straight to there accounts for an outfit I didn’t wear?

Disgusting attitude, won’t be hiring from them ever again

I rented a dress from ‘the only dress’. The dress was to short that my bum was showing. The dress was unwearable. It was obvious that the dress had shrunk due to to much wear and washing. When I contacted the rental team they said that it was a change of mind and that they could not refund me even though I explained to them that I’m an international flight attendant and although my boyfriend was home to receive the dress I however, was unable to try it on as I was overseas on a work trip. No reply was given. Only that I was told to return the dress back immediately.
Poor customer service. Won’t be hiring off these guys again. And warning to stay away from the ELIYA THE LABEL Baxter Dress - Black.
