If I could rate a 0 I would. I purchased a voucher over 2 weeks ago. It has not been activated. I tried contacted their support email which is supposedly monitored 7 days a week, No response. I tried using their chatbot function multiple times. No useful response. This is a waste of money and a scam. severely disappointing. Don't bother

Had the lifelong theory test package on an old phone, tried to login on new phone but had forgot password so contacted for help and haven't been able to use the app again yet 🤷

Bought this through Groupon, voucher does not work. Sent several messages to both companies and after 3wks still not resolved and no refund issued.

The company are claiming they have earlier appointments. They give you the date . You pay then they send you a much later appointment. Which you can get on the official site for £23 .
They then don’t reply until it’s too late .
There are much better companies out there .
The system should be controlled by the government, so we can get sooner appointments, it’s all a big fiddle really

No telephone numbers to contact. Sent them emails ,never got any response. Finally ,had to ask the bank to sort it out for me. What a joke !

Sent a support request on 9th February, sent a follow up chase email on 26th February, neither have been answered - I wouldn't bother, go elsewhere.

On arrival the staff were very professional and I felt at east as any questions asked they were happy to help

I cancelled my subscription but they still charged me! Once you signed up it is difficult for you to cancel...

The App, has an easy to use categorised format.
This program makes learning fun and exciting, there are a handful of categorised sections where you can monitor your achievements.
The UI is eye pleasing v and beautiful.
This is the best app on the market for anyone seriously wanting to pass their instructors test.

This app has been such a help with my theory revision I was so shocked when I saw how many questions that I had done on the app were on my real theory test!!
