Great Quality + Assembly Assistance
Quality products and Peter Berns is very attentive to his customers. We have placed several orders through Peter and he has been helpful enough to help create a different assembly design to make these products easier for us to make.

Service was very good
Service was very good, I think. I have worked with companies before and some have delayed response time. Peter at the Packaging Tree was very helpful in getting our order to print on time.

Just started working with The Packaging Tree, so far great customer service. I am not very tech savvy and have a vague vision of what I am looking for. Peter on the chat has helped me narrow down the vision and helped me tech wise to share info with the company. I look forward to seeing the finished product!

Excellent Service and Quality Prints
I've had the pleasure of working with the Packaging Tree for several projects now, and each time has been a fantastic experience. The boxes I had custom-made were great
The boxes I had custom-made were great. They were very responsive to changes I needed to make. I was shocked at how quickly I received my boxes, especially since it was during Thanksgiving week.
My only reason for not giving 5 stars was that they probably over-communicated. I needed a little more time between emails to figure out my stuff. But that is certainly better than being ignored, so it is a small issue.

Excellent quality and lead-time. Will work with Packaging Tree again
I worked with the Packaging Tree for several months to design packaging for the relaunch of our skincare line. Peter was our account manager, and was excellent in his response time and also explaining technical printing elements in a user-friendly way.
The Packaging Tree team made stellar recommendations to achieve high-end aesthetics within the timing we needed. In addition to providing free design services, pricing was competitive and the final products were excellent.
Will definitely work with The Packaging Tree again!
