My parcel was damaged by everi,
They did nothing to correct it, i have contacted them 6 times over the last month with no responce.
I now have no bags to dispatch orders
I WANT A REPLACMENT OR MY MONEY BACK!!

The order was damaged by everi.
Since then, I have had no contact from TPZ. No replacement has been dispatched. I have contacted them 3 times without a response over the last 2 weeks
I have run out of mailbags for my business, causing many problems.
The customer service is non-existent!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
We never received the goods and have not had a refund.
Emailed, no response. Phoned and someone just cut me off. I rang seven or eight time consecutively and this happened each time until they eventually answered.
The said Evri tracking showed delivered but we did not receive the goods and our Ring cameras showed no one at our property at the time they claimed it was delivered. Shocking customer service.

Dishonest shop
I ordered 6 rolls of pallet wrap but out of 250m length there is a maximum of 150m in each. I reported it and gave an example showing how much a 250m roll should weigh. Unfortunately I have not received any response. I intend to report it to Citizens Advice.
