We’re sorry to hear that the fragrance did not meet your expectations. We can see that only one item was ordered, and this is actually one of our best-selling perfumes, which is typically very well received.
As advised, perfumes can be affected by temperature changes during transit. We always recommend allowing the fragrance to settle at room temperature for a few hours (ideally overnight) before assessing the scent, as this can significantly improve how it performs.
We’re sorry that you didn’t reach out to us directly, as we would have been more than happy to assist. You are welcome to return the item for a full refund of the product (excluding postage), provided it is sent back to us.

Excellent customer service. Fixed an error on behalf of Royal Mail, who delivered my package to the wrong address. I was sent another one and received it within a week. The customer service team I contacted was exceptional, kind and helpful. I will definitely be ordering again

Brilliant
I’m so impressed with my perfume and aftershave purchases. The scents are beautiful, strong, and long-lasting – I get so many compliments and they last ages without needing to reapply. The quality far exceeded my expectations, especially for the price.
Customer service was excellent from start to finish... friendly, helpful, and efficient.
My order was prepared really quickly and ready for collection within a couple hours which was amazing. Overall, a brilliant experience and I’ll definitely be ordering again soon!
