Delightful, efficient service
Communication was friendly, relevant and timely. The threads ordered arrived in beautiful feminine packaging - bobbins in little gauze bags with a wee tube of love hearts all wrapped up in lilac tissue paper with a long purple ribbon. This extra effort to make online shopping more personable was much appreciated.
Only disappointment was there was only 1 bobbin available in the colour I was using at the time, otherwise there would be 5 stars!

Have upgraded to 5 stars as true to her word, Kim sent the thread that had been out of stock as soon as she received it, accompanied by another wee touch of feminine thoughtfulness. : )

Amazing service
The shop was easy to navigate and I found what I wanted .
When my item arrived I was blown away with the packaging. So much effort was put into my order it was amazing.
