Had such a lovely experience shopping for perfumes thanks to Penny. She was so lovely, friendly, and attentive throughout, and she made the whole experience feel so welcoming. Excellent customer service, she truly made finding the perfect scent enjoyable!

Town branch , great service from Lou. Very welcoming. But the other staff need more training as when I went there first the lady who served me wasn’t very helpful. Then I came back after hour and Lou served us . Well she was amazing and served us with full respect and very helpful service . She also made my daughter present looks amazing .

the charming Cara was available !
Last November, she helped me to select a few Xmas gifts , and in February, Cara proved immensely useful to advise on a special birthday present for my daughter.
Cara is kowledgeable, polite, patient
and genuinely customer orientated.
Cara is cheerful, enthusiastic and has a contagiously positive attitude. She really loves her job and she looks diligently after the customer. Cara is an asset to The Perfume Shop.
I will be back for the Xmas gifts !
