Instore customer care great, aftercare not so much so.
The lady who served me was great- friendly and knowledgeable. They were offering a 20% discount, and although they hadn't the product (Parda Paradigme 150ml refil) in stock, the lady ordered it for me. As a member I got free postage, and it arrived on time.
The reason I'm only giving 3 stars, I didn't receive the "Try Me" sample, despite it stating that it was available on all Prada Paradigme products including refill.
I emailed to say it was missing and still no reply a week later.

The fast delivery the way the gift set…
The fast delivery the way the gift set was wrapped up and well protected. Also how it was presented in the gift box value for money. My friends have been admiring it when they visit or the can smell its aroma from me.

Went to get our wedding perfume and Rossana in the Belfast shop was absolutely amazing, showed us a number of different perfumes and what pairs well together! Her customer service was fantastic.
