I was unsure what I wanted but Leanne was very friendly and spent time with me discussing different options. I didn’t feel pressured even tho the shop was a bit busy.

Brilliant service wasn’t sure which perfume to get for my granddaughter Leanne helped me so much asked what smells my granddaughter liked & showed me best choices for her birthday lots lovely smells I ended up treating myself as well lovely service will definitely recommend to friends & family will be visiting bootle store again

I was looking for a friend wasn't sure what to pick. Michelle was very helpful ask what sort of smells do they like. Michelle gave me some perfume smells before I picked the right one.i got a free min sample bottle as well.I went the bootle strand shopping centre liverpool.

I went in to purchase viktor and rolfes spice bomb I was served by vicky she was very knowledgeable about all the aftershaves and let me try quite a few similar ones I was very happy with my purchase and received some samples, all the staff were friendly and helpful would definitely return
