What a great shop the Perfume Shop is. I always get my gifts for people there as the staff are so helpful and nice. Nothing is too much trouble. My husband and I recently bought a refill for his Burberry Hero from the Freeport shop who had it sent to our home. He couldn’t however get the refill to work so we went back to the shop. Sam and a young lady there soon saw the problem and sorted it all for us. They really make you feel more than a customer and deserve more than a review really. We also get all our Christmas gifts from their shop as their prices really are the best and the service exceptional.

We visited today and was served by Amber who was super friendly, approachable and helpful. I needed a gift and was unsure about the difference in products but Amber walked me through different available and appropriate options. Thanks for your patience and based on my experience today I will definitely return.
