Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. Excellent Customer Service – The Perfume Shop, Barnsley
I visited the shop on Tuesday morning to choose a perfume for my granddaughter’s birthday and was helped by a lovely young lady named Alisha. She was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the different fragrances and helping me choose the perfect scent. She also kindly gave me a free gift, which was a lovely added bonus!

Lovely staff member helped our visit
We were with Elena today and she was an absolute star! Me and my mum were shopping around for some perfumes and we didn’t know which specific one to buy. Elena helped us with finding a good one for us, and whilst doing so, she was very patient, enthusiastic and understanding. Her customer service was above and beyond from what I’ve usually experienced before so it made our visit at the shop even better! Thanks so much for your help today, Elena!
