Zara provided me amazing customer service from start to finish. She was incredibly welcoming, kind, and polite, making me feel comfortable as soon as I arrived. She was happy to help and took the time to guide me through the different scent options, offering thoughtful recommendations without any pressure. Her friendly attitude, patience, and genuine enthusiasm made the whole experience enjoyable. Zara's kindness in the way she spoke and her willingness to help me find the perfect scent truly stood out. She is a real credit to the team, and I greatly appreciated her outstanding service.
