After visiting the Darlington store…
After visiting the Darlington store with no clue what I wanted apart from a fresh new smell. I was greeted and served by Beth who went above and beyond and must have tried 20 plus different fragrances for me. Finally decided on Azzaro The most wanted which is going to be my new daily. Thank you Beth , patience of a saint , excellent customer service and a credit to the company. Highly recommend.

Sophie was absolutely delightful, helping us choose the perfect perfume for our niece’s birthday present. Inclusive of birthday wrapping meant the whole process was so easy; and with free samples included for us too, who could complain? Many thanks Sophie, we are sure to be back.

We've been to the Darlington store in the cornmill a few times now.
The service provided was super. Sophie really does know her stuff and was able to tell me about all the different perfumes what was in them and the kind of perfume it was .
