On Saturday, 17th October, I visited The Perfume Shop at Glasgow Fort and had an outstanding experience thanks to Zenny.From the moment I walked into the store, Zenny greeted me warmly and immediately made me feel welcome. I was looking for a birthday gift for my mother and she went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect fragrances. She was incredibly patient, taking the time to guide me through a wide range of scents until we found two that I was completely happy with.Knowing the fragrances were for my mother's birthday Zenny asked thoughtful questions about perfumes I had previously bought for her and used her knowledge to make excellent recommendations. Her expertise and genuine desire to help made the whole experience enjoyable and stressfree.After I selected the fragrances, Zenny helped me personalise the gifts by arranging an engraving on one of the bottles, which added a very special touch. She also organised gift wrapping, making the presents feel even more thoughtful and memorable.Zenny's customer service was exceptional. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly patient throughout my visit. It is rare to come across someone who is so dedicated to ensuring a customer has the best possible experience.She is a real asset to The Perfume Shop team, and I believe she deserves recognition for the outstanding service she provides. Thanks to Zenny, my experience was a definite 10/10

I called the perfume shop and they said they would replace it with no problem at all. I was very grateful. I would definitely use the perfume shop on line again and recommend it.

Glasgow fort store was a great experience
Zenny, jackie and Lukeman gave me a great experience when purchasing a bottle of Prada Paradoxe for my partner. They made suggestions and also gave the option of having the bottle permanently engraved in-store which i took as the bottle is refillable.
It was a genuinely good experience shopping here at the Glasgow Fort store and would not hesitate in returning again and again
