I came in to your Grimsby store a couple of weeks ago and was welcomed with a friendly smile by Shannon. Shannon helped me pick out a fruity perfume for a relative. My experience at the perfume shop was great because the lady (Shannon) was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Thank you Shannon, will be coming in again.

Would love to give a shoutout to this great employee named Becki so she gets recognised for the best customer service I have received in a while comparing to competitor stores! She was very knowledgeable about perfumes which made me trust her and filled with positivity that my heart felt warm being in the store! I only planned on having a peek but ended up buying 2 big size perfumes and a travelo to try which I will be now buying too as a bottle next ! Been in to get some aftershave for my husband, Chelsea was amazing!
I was so indecisive, but she just made the whole process great. We tried loads of stuff, but bought Prada Black eventually. She gift wrapped it for me, with a lovely ribbon& showed me all these little bits like a refillable travel spray bottle. I also purchased as we had a little get away planned. Absolutely amazing service, she was truly wonderful & I will recommend everyone to go. Thanks Chelsea!
