Our promotional free gifts are subject to availability and, due to their popularity, can unfortunately become unavailable while an offer is running. We completely understand how important these additional gifts can be when choosing to make a purchase and appreciate how disappointing it must have been to find that yours was no longer available.
Where possible, we hope that our store team were able to offer you a suitable alternative free gift if they had one available at the time, although unfortunately this cannot always be guaranteed and will depend on the promotional stock held by the store.

She gave me options that she thought would be good and when I found the one I wanted, she made sure that I got the best value for money. I would definitely go back

Would love to give a shoutout to this great employee named Becki so she gets recognised for the best customer service I have received in a while comparing to competitor stores! She was very knowledgeable about perfumes which made me trust her and filled with positivity that my heart felt warm being in the store! I only planned on having a peek but ended up buying 2 big size perfumes and a travelo to try which I will be now buying too as a bottle next !
