Went in today with an idea in mind but asked for a few suggestions from Lin - she presented me with some great ideas, talked me through them and was very patient in letting me make my mind up, something I’m not used to when browsing fragrances! Ended up leaving with a new scent I’d never seen before and very happy with it.

I had such a fantastic shopping experience thanks to Lynne in Harlow branch. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming and genuinely interested in helping me find a good deal. She listened to what I wanted, shared her expert knowledge and managed to secure me the best possible deal. It’s rare to come across such friendly, dedicated service and I left not only with a fragrance I love but also with a big smile. Highly recommended!
