Olivia at new bridge was so hepful

Poor customer service
A bit a gamble buying online from here. You’ll be taking a chance. Recently had an order cancelled at last minute which was quite disappointing. Customer service is so poor no one has responded to my messages on WhatsApp and email for 2 days now. I can’t even confirm if I got a refund.

Perfume collection with a bit of drama
I collected a perfume set from the Ilac Centre. Staff were great even with the busy Black Friday rush. One customer became agitated out of nowhere and started giving out about the queueing system (there was no problem with it). He screamed at the manager Alex who handled the situation with grace and dignity. He was completely out of line but the staff continued to work after he stormed out so I was seen to within minutes and it was such a smooth process. Fair play to them for having to put up with rude people like that.
