Best service from Aarzo, she is so dedicated to her job. I went to this Ilford branch in exchange mall completely ignorant about the fragrances and she guided me thoroughly. She spent so much time and made sure i am satisfied with i am getting.

It’s also worth noting that fragrance performance can vary depending on several factors, such as whether the perfume is an Eau de Parfum or Eau de Toilette, your skin chemistry, climate, and even long-term use. Sometimes it’s also possible to become “nose blind” to certain scents over time this is a natural sensory response where familiar smells become harder to detect.

Incredible service
I had amazing service from Rahbail. She was incredibly patient and helpful as I was unsure as I had to shop for Christmas presents. She left it behind the counter as I had to come back the next day, where Christina served me. She was super helpful with everything and did a beautiful job with the gift wrapping. Would definitely recommend and come back if this is the customer experience you get.
