Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. Lily in The Perfume Shop in Lewisham Shopping Centre really was excellent in her role and gave me and outstanding service and was smiling the whole way and I was really needing help in choosing which perfumes were best for my needs and Lily picked the right fragrances and Lily's sense of recommendation was out of this world and it was much needed and I hope Lily gets promoted, gets her bonus and a pay rise because I was really pleased with the fragrances and I hope Lily keeps to the Lewisham branch and management to really look after Lily just like how Lily looked after me and giving me great customer service. I was served at 12:25pm
