I had an absolutely outstanding experience at The Perfume Shop in Liverpool One! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. Mell, in particular, went above and beyond to make my visit special.
Her product knowledge was incredible, she guided me through the fragrances with such enthusiasm and patience, helping me find the perfect scent without ever feeling rushed. Mell’s warm personality and attention to detail truly turned a simple shopping trip into a five-star experience.
It’s rare to find service that feels this personal and sincere these days, but Mell delivered it effortlessly. I left the store not only with the perfect perfume but with a smile that lasted the rest of the day.

Ben in your Liverpool one store was unbelievably helpful with me yesterday, making sure I got exactly what I needed at the best price, he even contacted another local store to make sure I was catered for and I left feeling really happy and upbeat after my interaction with him

Had a great shoping experience at liverpool one perfume shop.
Ben was super helpful and genuinely happy to help he gift wrap my gift set perfectly and even added a personalised ribbon.
I couldn't ask for better customer service I will be returning for all my gifts from now on and will recommend to all family and friends.

I can always get my perfume from TPS…
I can always get my perfume from TPS and they give me great rewards when I buy it from them, Vouchers with money off etc, I never buy from anywhere else, they also deliver to my workplace or offer collection from store which is so easy.
