Received 6 bottles not 1had lids on...
Received 6 bottles not 1 off them had a lid on and inside the box was wet from one off the bottles the packaging was not very good either

Very thorough
Don't remember their names, but it was two friendly older women, I kept asking to view different size perfume bottles then to view another one altogether (because I had the idea of buying my mother's birthday and christmas presents all at once) and after they advised me to get the perfume store card, I asked them about it and if my points from that transaction would be added onto it. They were very, very helpful and while I work with some people who would see this as a bother, they were very professional
