We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Love the store that's downstairs in the Merry Hill centre. Staff are lovely & really helpful (unlike the upstairs store). They didn't have what I wanted in stock but ordered it for me for free home delivery. Also got the 20% off offer so even better.

I would like to commend Sara at The Perfume Shop, Merry Hill, for the exceptional service she provided during our recent visit.
My husband was treating me to birthday perfumes, and from the moment we entered the store, Sara approached us with such a warm and pleasant aura. She greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel welcome straight away.
Sara was attentive, polite, and patient throughout our visit, taking the time to listen carefully to what we were looking for and helping us make the perfect choice. Her friendly manner and professionalism made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and relaxed.
As an added touch, Sara kindly included a few little gifts with our purchase, which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture that made my birthday treat feel even more special.
We also shared a pleasant conversation, and her kindness and genuine interest in helping us really stood out. Excellent customer service can make all the difference, and Sara is a wonderful example of this.

Incredibly impressed
Incredibly impressed, my the service was exemplary. I had the pleasure of being take care of by Nat who was knowledgable and understanding of my needs. She gave me the rundown of my opinion, the deals and even the ethical standard that the brand are adopting. If if was my business id have her teach everyone about sales and the customer experience. The store was clean, items where easy to find and the staff were helpful. I don't tend to write reviews but this experience was so impressive I know I will be looking forward to coming back.
