The girls in the shop were so helpful, I have all my perfume from the Perfume Shop, Merry Hill Dudley in the west mids. Especially at Christmas when I buy my two daughter's presents and also my son in laws aftershave. I always ask what's the newest up to date fragrance is, to buy them. The 15% off is very useful also when I have empty bottles too . I sometimes get offers but not many. Having a loyalty card does have it's benefits.

Today I was looking for a purfume to purchase for my mothers birthday Natalie who assisted me today she was extremely professional and asked me all the right questions which lead me to buy another perfume her she was so kind and her customer service skills are beyond amazing ! And I will be returning again thank you! Xxx

On Wednesday 23rd September, I visited the Perfume Shop at the lower mall in Merry Hill, Brierley Hill. I visited with my sister who wanted to purchase a new aftershave for her partner but she was unsure on what exactly to choose. We were greeted by Jade, who went above and beyond in helping us choose a spray. We set out our budget and Jade helped us test out various sprays that were within budget. She was super friendly and helpful! She wrapped the aftershave up and we left with a confident purchase. A lot of people today treat young people with little respect and with total disregard but Jade bucked this trend and is a credit to your team.

Friendly, approachable and helpful member of staff, apologised for being busy and me having to wait for service but kept me informed of my position and didn't leave me hanging around. Provided me with many alternative options as not got supplies in store and ordered for delivery online, perfect. assisted throughout process, no hassle at all. Will definitely return. Price was cheaper overall outcome.

We had a wonderful shop picking out our wedding perfume thanks to Sara Craddock 😊 it means a lot when someone takes an interest in your world and is keen to help you find the best choice for the day! The Customer service delivered by Kathy was excellent! She knew exactly what we were looking for. Wide diverse range of products which are competitively priced and great value and quality.

Love the store that's downstairs in the Merry Hill centre. Staff are lovely & really helpful (unlike the upstairs store). They didn't have what I wanted in stock but ordered it for me for free home delivery. Also got the 20% off offer so even better.

Cathy at the merry hill store, has made my little boys day with being so patient and understanding. He wanted to pick his dads birthday present but has never smelt any aftershave before. She was so giving and made his experience exceptional.

What an excellent service didn’t really know what to buy Kathy and Meg was there explaining what smells I like in perfumes and pointed me in the right direction . nothing was to much trouble and they were really friendly and had a laugh @ the same time . if ur ever in merry hill shopping centre give them a visit there an asset to the company 5 star service

My husband was treating me to birthday perfumes, and from the moment we entered the store, Sara approached us with such a warm and pleasant aura. She greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel welcome straight away.

Sara was attentive, polite, and patient throughout our visit, taking the time to listen carefully to what we were looking for and helping us make the perfect choice. Her friendly manner and professionalism made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and relaxed.

Incredibly impressed, my the service was exemplary. I had the pleasure of being take care of by Nat who was knowledgable and understanding of my needs. She gave me the rundown of my opinion, the deals and even the ethical standard that the brand are adopting. If if was my business id have her teach everyone about sales and the customer experience. The store was clean, items where easy to find and the staff were helpful. I don't tend to write reviews but this experience was so impressive I know I will be looking forward to coming back.
