I had such a lovely experience at the shop. The customer service was excellent, and the environment felt so welcoming from the moment I walked in.
One thing I really loved is that they offer small bottles for £10, which you can fill with any perfume you’d like to try — such a great idea!
A special thank you to Sana, who assisted me. She was absolutely amazing — so kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming. She took her time with me and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
I will definitely be coming back as a customer. Highly recommend!

Sana is a great person
Oh my goodness. The last time when I went there I didn't get service like this good. I bought some perfume for my friend and myself. At first I thought like getting one for my friend. By the time I got Sana's service, I just didn't want to leave the store. I bought like alot means like more than usual. She is just giving me a really great service and even before she asked for the review, I was thing about five Stars. I felt so welcomed and giving her best service to me. She deserve something ngl.

Bad Boy purchase

The staff were very polite and Tamzeen who attended to me was amazing. She helped me find the best aftershave that I wanted. She led me to try different brands and that was fantastic to see. I am definitely going back to the shop.
