I called into 565 Northumberland St store , Newcastle on Thursday 6th August . My Daughter in Law hadn’t received an online order for my granddaughters birthday on the 7th . The assistant Natalie was extremely helpful by searching the online order and checking her own order cupboard . She was very patient and kind and although the order wasn’t for her branch she didn’t hesitate to check thoroughly and speak to my daughter in law over the phone . I was very impressed . The parcel arrived very late in the day on the 7th the outer packaging was fine but the gift bag was badly torn and extra had been paid for gift wrap . I returned to the shop and Natalie supplied me with a new gift bag . I hope this compliment is passed on to Natalie she’s a star ⭐️ although we’re still disappointed with the online service .Thank you Mrs V R Bell .

My experience with the perfume shop was…
My experience with the perfume shop was perfect and I found what I wanted after my bag went missing and I lost it in the metro centre. I purchased not one but two Dkny orchard because when I got to the shop to buy it on sale they only had the smallest and I wanted large and so I got that delivered. Won’t be running out anytime soon! My husband got a aftershave he loved as well and in both stores the staff were lovely. The only thing I would recommend is bigger bags. I had a few bags from holiday shopping and this was the only one I lost because it is so tiny. I feel it’s much easier to lose.
