Me and my daughter went into the Peterborough store in the Queensgate shopping centre. My daughter wanted to buy a ghost perfume the lovely lady called SARAH couldn’t have been more lovely and helpful. She allowed my daughter to smell all the different scents and even wrote down which one was which. She even explained how best to wear your perfume so it lasts and others can smell it. My daughter chose the one she loved. SARAH also signed me up for the loyalty card and we got a further discount and SARAH gave me a sample of my favourite perfume that I explained I would come back to buy in the next coming weeks once paid. She was positive and helpful and made our experience positive and memorable and we will be returning to that store 100% thank you SARAH amazing customer service!

I went in store few times to try the products first class service. Bought online and I was surprised with a gift.

Stacy was so helpful, as someone who knows nothing about fragrance, she effectively assisted me in identifying what scents and profiles I prefer without having a clue beforehand. Excellent service and reasonable pricing with great offers :)

My partner and I visited the perfume shop and could not of had a better experience. We were served by Natalie who was fantastic. She was highly knowledgeable, enthusiastic, patient and we could not of asked for better customer service.

I am disappointed by the service which i got from your shop in Peterborough. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from this shop. I bought a faulty perfume, i found out when i got home now they refused to take it back and refund me or give me a better one

I wanted a DKNY perfume for my wife for Christmas and this is my go-to store as it’s a regular request. The December 2025 visit did not disappoint as the member of staff was helpful with my decision making. She then offered to wrap the gifts and did them exceedingly well - far better than I would have done. Thanks The Perfume Shop - and my wife was delighted with her presents. She’s happy therefore I’m happy. 😀

Its prompt delivery time for me , its amazing, perfume shop has always been my go to, known for quality and authenticity of their fragrance, always reliable and good price as well.

I made an online purchase, and one of the items arrived damaged.
I called the customer service over the phone immediately, and I was given a choice to replace the item or to return it, and because I really wanted this item, I decided to replace it. I was, also, given a choice to return it for free via post or to return it to the local store. Since the item was low on stock, out of fear to loose a very good deal, I phoned the local shop, and the manager of the local shop was more than helpful, and resolved this problem in no time. I'm very grateful for her help, many thanks!

Tehya was extremely knowledgable when helping me find my fragrances today, she also showed me a discovery set of tom ford perfumes which had little samples of a few fragrances in them when i told her i didn’t know which one i’d like. Perfect customer service!!!
