I had an excellent experience at The Perfume Shop in Plymouth thanks to Jaimie. She was incredibly helpful in guiding me through choosing between three different perfumes, explaining the notes, longevity, and which would suit best. She also took the time to help with wrapping, which was a lovely touch.
Her knowledge and customer service were absolutely spot on—professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive. A perfect shopping experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

We were served by a man on 13/12/2025…
We were served by a man on 13/12/2025 at 15:28pm at the Drakes Circus location.
I tried to give him my Perfume Shop points card and was told he couldn’t accept Student ID or any other discount due to there already being a discount on.
I explained what it was and he said “I can’t use a points card on this till anyway as it will make it crash. You can use your receipt to get the your points”.
Now I appreciate I can do that, but there is 3 tills in that store. There was no offer to move to another till and the way he instantly shut me down before I even took out my card was impolite.

I can't stress much but it was the best experience and also thanks to her colleague who was equally kind enough and helped gift wrapping things perfectly .
