Assistant was so helpful. I bought a Dior perfume which they don't have do so said for it there snd had it posted to me, arrived two days later.

Assistant had good knowledge of products and competently submitted a home delivery for a product they did not stock in-store. Very quick service and next day delivery was a great shopping experience.

Super fast delivery.
Didn't think my perfume smelled the way it should, rang customer service who were very helpful, advised to return by post or go to a store.
Store staff went above and beyond for me, so helpful, in the end I was given a refund which arrived back in my account within days.
