The "in shop" experience was excellent…
The "in shop" experience was excellent - the staff knew exactly what they were doing and the customer service was excellent. My problem was that I had an email to say my order had arrived at the store but when I arrived it wasn't there. The staff explained that this sometimes happens as it takes longer than the email had said. So I had a waste trip to the shop. More clarity need when ordering to shop please.

It is an absolute pleasure for me to visit this store as the saff are very helpful and friendly. I have been served many times by Beci and she is always happy, helpfull, with excellent costumer service skills and always looking after each costumer from the moment you step in until you leave.
