Absolutely amazing experience, Hayley was extremely kind and very knowledgeable, she went out of her way to help especially when the shop closed.

Went into the Southend shop today to have my perfume bottles refilled. Hayley served me. Herself and the other member of staff was very friendly, informative and professional. Well done ladies!!! I will be back in a couple of months.

Had a beautiful time in the shop today in Southend. I was served by Charlotte and yes she knew exactly what she was doing. Saw me browsing and offered to help, told her not sure what I want and she asked what type of perfumes I usually like and she found a few according to my description to try out and choose and she was on point 💯. She even convinced me to buy 2 instead of one as originally planned and the complimentary testers given where lovely. I'm gonna go back and buy the real thing because she choose good complimentary testers.

I purchased from Southend on Sea high street. Charlotte was brilliant. She helped us to go through various fragrance. Finally we bought 220 worth perfumes. She gave us a great discount too.

The experience in the perfume shop far exceeds everyone else. I specifically ask for Charlotte, she’s personable and professional, remembers me every time I go in, she even remembers exactly what I like and always smashing suggestions based on my likes.
Charlotte is my go to person for perfume. If you want the best experience and knowledge, go and ask for her.

I went to the Southend store and the lady that served me Emma was extremely helpful. Although the shop was super busy she still took the time to go through the aftershaves I was debating to buy for my Dad. It was two days before Christmas and I needed help deciding. Thanks again for your help
