Excellent shop. Staff are friendly, knowledgable and love their products. They often have discount offers on quality brands.

Offers great discounts and also uses blue card. Really good experience

Went into my local perfume shop in Taunton, with the very helpful friendly Kerrie, Lels& Alison.very knowledgable about products as i am a big Tom Ford fan.
Will be back in to buy more for my wife and i during the year.

My 5 star rating is only for the Taunton branch not the company.
The store manager Kerrie was amazing! She helped resolve a problem I was having in a quick and timely manner and her customer service was excellent!
She needs to teach the online customer service agents a thing or two. After receiving such appalling customer support on the company’s chat function dealing with Kerrie was a treat.
My experience with the online process from start to finish was horrendous, having experienced this now I will be sure to support my local shop and visit Kerrie and her team in Taunton again.

I went to my local "The Perfume Shop" in Taunton, store number 279, looking for a specific perfume recommended to me, which could not be found in either Superdrug or The Fragrance Shop.

As soon as I walked in 2 other customers were being served but I was immediately given the attention of an assistant called "Lel" who smiled warmly asking how she could help.

All I knew was that this perfume was by Jenifer Lopez and called "Live".

No sooner had I tentatively asked her than she happily said yes they stock it and within seconds produced it from behind the counter.

I was so pleased as this was to be a gift for my girlfriend, but not just that, although I had shopped here before, it was a very long time ago, so to my surprise, Lel took my email, set me up on their system and then knocked the cost down with a discount. Then, she added 2 tester bottles all in gift bag along with the new membership card.

Her service was pleasant, attentive, knowledgeable, quick and professional, with a lovely manner and smile.

Based on her outstanding service alone I would buy again from this shop.

I myself work in retail so when you receive excellent service it's to be praised and acknowledged and I have no reservations in recommending Lel's brilliant service!

Terrible customer service - Live Chat doesn’t work, no one responds to emails or WhatsApp

Order placed online for click and collect. Order confirmation Email said please wait for your collection email which should be with you in 3-5 working days. Email NEVER received so I decided to track the order and it said it had been delivered 8 days ago to store! Still no email from The Perfume Shop or even Royal Mail to say they had delivered my parcel. I hope the store still has my parcel. Not impressed at all.

I paid for 2 x perfume , 1 for my son ,1 for myself .told it was to be sent from your wearhouse, told I had to take back, yet it is not what I asked and paid for ,this at my expence ,( I requested ,but she would not send a prepaid postage), I have to return it inperson to one of your stores .and then told we dont sell that in a perfume for men . and the refund will be 2 to 3 days .. the manager did offer to extend the 90 days and offered a "free be" of some kind by way of sorry . your mistake ,my problem. .

I went into the perfume shop in Taunton today the one on the parade and I have to say I was greeted by a lady called Alison who was the most helpful person ever. I would absolutely like to leave a review to say how pleased I was with the service and the price.

I visited the Perfume Shop in Taunton today and was served by Alison. I was not sure of the perfume I wanted so Alison asked me what sort of fragrance U liked and went on to suggest a few options giving me samples to smell. I took the slips to smell and give me time to chose. I went back later and purchased one of her recommendations. She was extremely helpful and very pleasant too.

The customer service was absolutely fantastic. I was served by a lovely lady called Lel and she was easily able to find me what I was looking for.
