Not good for me

Ellie was absolutely lovely – super friendly, helpful, and knew her stuff without being pushy. She helped me find a scent I wouldn’t have picked on my own, and I’m obsessed with it now. Really made my visit so much better. Thanks, Ellie!

I am a regular customer at the perfume shop and I have always received such wonderful customer service. The knowledge of perfume and gift wrapping skills is what brings me back each time, I receive especially great service at the trinity store. I was shopping for a scent for my husband last week and was served by the amazing Maleehah, she really looked after me and tailored to my specific requirements resulting in me gifting him the perfect scent.

I would just like to say that Tom at the Trinity Leeds store has the most amazing customer service and went above and beyond to help me today when I came in looking for a perfume I didn’t realise was a limited edition and was no longer going to be stocked. He helped me find a new perfume that I absolutely love and Tom had a great attitude and lovely personality. Your a credit to your store Tom, hope to see you again soon!

Jodie and Lauren served us at the Albion Store in Leeds, specified what we required showed us numerous gift sets, took their time and catered to our need. Would definitely recommend popping in and grabbing some great deals and a service with a smile.

I had a very pleasant experience here. Scarlett was a fantastic employee who was informative when I asked questions, knowledgeable when asked about information and patiently friendly throughout the process of deciding on a purchase.

Perfume shop has always been my favourite to buy perfumes. Today I received excellent guidance from jodie and lauen while looking for a perfume and body mist to buy. Always the best.
