Aimee and Diana amazing customer service all round great personalities incredibly accommodating and the honest to god reason i ended up getting the perfume.

Recommendations were perfect for the scenario and both staff in the Wakefield branch were really nice and helpful.

The experience buying the perfume we needed was unbelievable.
Cortney was one of the best retail staff we have ever been involved with.
She Didn’t have the perfume but ordered it for us online. Gave us the packaging as this was a present and two days later it arrived.. no charge for delivery, packaging or free samples x

Diana was exceptional. Extremely helpful and intensive. Pretty eyes

Brilliant friendly service at the Wakefield store and as we ordered at the till we got free delivery on our item, that arrived within 48 hours.

Went to the shop when they had 20% off to buy perfume with extra gift included. They didn’t had 100ml in store and I wanted to order online by myself . Already had in my basket with free gift when worker told me she can order from her computer . I agreed and asked if I’ll get free gift ? She said yes and we proceed. I received my parcel where I found only perfume with no gift. Customer service don’t want to help with this issue, saying to go to the store which is 30 min away. I just want my free gift. I could bought it by myself or buy from boots. Perfume shop still offering free gift but I didn’t get one. Easy solution - just post to me my promised free gift ! But they decide to ignore . Awful customer service

Diana and Saba really did well, they attended to us well. They are really nice. Good customer service. They both deserve a promotion!

We will be coming back again and again and hopefully they will be on shifts when we do. 😁

I visited The Perfume Shop inside The Ridings Centre Wakefield this morning and were served by Abi and Courtney. They could not have been any more amazing! They were filled with passion, kindness and a whole lot of knowledge. Based on my interaction this morning, i will 100% be returning!
