Leanne, Lisa, Claire, in fact everyone in the Wolverhampton store are amazing. So friendly, knowledgeable and go above and beyond with their customer service. I was after a certain perfume which was hard to get hold of, near impossible. Leanne promised if she could get hold of any she would. Two months later, true to her word she did.
Truly amazing! I’m so happy.

I have been to the Wolverhampton store today. Lisa has been fantastic. She assisted me with all my questions and suggested the best fragrances based on my taste. I would recommend everyone to the perfume shop because of Lisa. She is an embodiment of what excellent customer service is. Please help me thank Lisa, for her time, smile and warm approach.
