I went to the shop clueless and then there was Lisa she was amazing! Showed me few of the best perfumes for my sisters and she had the knowledge and expertise to pick the best ones and my sisters are really happy with the gifts! She deserves a pay rise!

Today i went in to the perfume shop and a lady called Lisa helped me choose the best gift for my daughters carer. Absolutely amazing lady highly recommend going and seeing her.

I was served by Sarah today she was very helpful & got what I needed straight away

Nicki helped me buy a gift for my fiance she was so kind and patient with me and i was so impulsive to not know what i wanted. She was running the whole store very well balancing all the customers with great polite behaviour and not being abrupt or overwhelmed a credit to the company !!

I visited the wolverhampton store today and was greeted by a lovely lady called Clare. She asked what I was looking for and price range. She immediately got to work and matched the exact energy I needed. The thought she put into the gift, the sentimental idea of the personalised banner and the way she gave me options and wrapped my mothers gift with care was a service that I cannot compliment enough. She also helped me to sign up to a points card in no time. Absolutely lovely lady and my experience will be making all the difference to the sentimental gift provided for my mom. Thank you Clare

Went into the Wolverhampton Mander centre branch today for a perfume for my other half. Didn’t have a clue what to get as was unaware of what male scents are nice.
Two lovely ladies, Sarah & Leanne helped me figure out what to get, I left happy and my partner loved the fragrance. Thank you so much.

Lisas customer service was outstanding. I am visually impaired and she was very patient takinging the time to talk me through deals repeating prices in a friendly manner. She also assisted me with the gift ribbon printed. I was so impressed I had only come in store for one bottle and ended up purchasing two !
