My husband I recently went to the perfume shop in the McArthur Glen Outlet at York. We received an excellent service from Charlie & Stella

Absolutely fantastic shopping experience today. A very friendly greeting from Stella who then proceeded to help us choose a fragrance using her knowledge of the products. We tried the ones we thought we wanted but then Stella suggested a total wildcard which ended up being the one we purchased.
So refreshing to have such knowledgeable staff who can guide you to make the right purchase.

I just want to give a special shout out to Stella!
I came in with my mother in law who has dementia, she was after an everyday perfume but nothing too strong.
Too many choices can overwhelm her but Stella was patient and offered her a few samples to see what she liked and helped her pick out a favourite.
She came away really pleased with her experience and her purchase.

We popped into The Perfume Shop York Outlet yesterday to return a bottle of perfume I had been bought for my birthday that I knew was not for me. The staff were very helpful in providing a refund but then assisting me in finding new perfumes that I fell in love after asking me some questions about my current favourites. I also bought a large bottle of aftershave for my son which was a great price plus additional discount due to what we had spent. All the staff were engaging and helpful but Stella went above and beyond to help us and we have a very enjoyable experience, 10/10 we will definitely pop in again when we are next in town.

I had a fantastic experience at the Perfume Shop in York thanks to Stella! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find the perfect fragrance. Her knowledge and patience made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. Stella’s customer service was exceptional — she took the time to listen, made thoughtful recommendations, and created a really pleasant shopping atmosphere. Highly recommend visiting and asking for Stella if you’re in York! A truly five-star experience.

Yesterday me and my partner visited the York Outlet perfume shop at around 7pm and were served by 2 lovely ladies, there was a lady who had just started a couple of weeks ago that served us (Amanvia, I think) and she was fabulous!! I explained what type of perfume/smells I liked (also explained I was very fussy with perfumes) and she found me two that I absolutely loved straight away! She also did the same with my partner. She was friendly and approachable, she was not pushy and we left the shop feeling great and obviously smelling amazing! Thank you to both the ladies that were on yesterdays evening shift, both angels and we will definitely be back.

Amazing service from Stella. I visited the designer outlet store in York and was greeted by Stella. Nothing was too much and she helped me find a new fragrance that suited me. Her advise and friendly attitude was so appreciated. The service she provided me was worth these 5 stars.

Visited The Perfume Shop at McArthur Glen York. Unfortunately they didn’t have the perfume I wanted, however the ladies were very helpful and ordered it for me to be delivered to my house. Suzanne, who was in training, was extremely helpful and ordered my perfume without any issues.

Excellent customer service from Dottie who was imaginative and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to find the right scents for us. She made our experience and we definitely bought more perfumes because of her endearing nature.

Was stud waiting to be serviced and the 2 sales people were stud talking about there love life’s for a good 5 minutes when I decided to leave the shop to which I still naver got a response from them
