Cleaned my settee thoroughly, used bleach, bicarb, vinegar but only slight difference. This product also didnt take the smell away of cat pee. Heard so many good reports about this product so im quite dissapointed.

Purchased SHAWS egg biscuits for my rabbit. However, they have not only changed the packaging ( Bob Martins) but my Rabbit neither likes the new colour (terracotta) nor the taste. The eggie biscuit which would normally be devoured within a few minutes was rejected after a couple of nibbles.

Excellent, no more smell of cat wee from the stray tom that favours my front door!

Their delivery was quick, but unfortunately I had a couple of items damaged, so I wrote them an email with pics and they got back to me saying they will straight away sent new replacement items, which they arrived a couple of days later, neatly packed and protected. Very pleased with everything, will definitely buy from them again.

I look up the offers online and telephone my order. I like the personal touch! The staff are unfailingly helpful and courteous and my order invariably arrives well packed and within forty-eight hours.
