I never got a voice mail and they respond as if you’re their only and best customer , took the time to explain my concerns and never rushed me off the phone , great people running this company . As a government agency, we have many guidelines and stipulations to follow. The sales department at The Pinball Company was very accommodating assisting us through the process of procuring the machines. Once all the hoops were jumped through, i's dotted and t's crossed, the machines arrived very quickly.

Excellent communication and very quick to answer questions and provide support leading up to and after the sale. Dominic was fantastic throughout the process, and I am confident that will continue should I have more questions or needs for support with my new pinball machine...great people and great company you can trust.

Over the course of two years, I have made several NIB purchases from The Pinball Company. Dominic and his team are awesome! Great guidance, customer service, and communication. They were helpful every step of the way and answered any questions I had. I have purchased four machines with The Pinball Company and hope to get many more! Everything came timely and in perfect condition.

Rude and poor customer service. I don't know what is it with the Pinball scene and bad customer service but honestly finding companies that don't come back sarcastic or rude is VERY hard to find. I imagine its ran by old people who think its OK to be poor in customer services.

You'd be a moron to buy anything from these guys. So overpriced and zero customer service. Glad I canceled my order when I realized the machine was double the normal price.

I hate writing negative reviews but sometimes is just warranted.

This company advertises a "best price" guarantee however when you provide them with a better price (from a legit vendor) they refuse to match or counter with anything. Both Nic and his wife are rude, impatient and borderline hostile, actually told me they didn't have time for "this" and to submit the vendor pricing and details to them via their website; as if it's my responsibility to perform their due-diligence!

If they are this hostile and untrustworthy when it comes to price-matching, imagine what it will be like when you need a repair or simple assistance? Glad I didn't buy from them!

Have bought numerous times from the pinball company and it has been fantastic each time.

Williams Junkyard Pinball Machine was delivered today in Pristine condition. The delivery boys were awesome. Can not say enough good things about them. We turned the machine on and fell in love. Could not have had a better experience. It was hard dragging me away from the machine to write a review. The Pinball Company is the BEST. I see lots of fun to be had by all.

Very Happy Corvette Owner!! I was extremely please with the prompt delivery of my Corvette Pinball machine. The packaging for shipment was perfect to keep from damaging the machine as it went down two sets of stairs. The Pinball Machine looked just like new and worked perfectly! the follow up support by Brooke was great. Thank you from another satisfied customer!!

3 months to reply to my review, stating that all I had to do was return the machine? You have 12 month return policy. Your business practices are deplorable.

I bought a pinball machine from the company in order to assure I had someone who could service the machine. I would like to get notice of updates to the machine when they come out. not wait until I happen to need a service call to notice that I do not have them. Nathan though is outstanding as a tech and appreciate his coming over promptly.

Great experience. Highly recommended.
