Product knowledge & impeccable service
These guys know their products and are very competitive on their pricing. But most importantly, they bent over backwards to get an urgent order for me right in the middle of Christmas and they managed to deliver it on time. Highly recommended.

Ridiculous postage prices
Pins were great however $15 shipping for two tiny pins is absolutely outrageous. Both could have fit into a regular or padded envelope for just a few dollars or even a small Auspost satchel for under $10. What arrived is what seemed to be a small plastic satchel (think wish envelopes) which I very much doubt would cost anywhere near $15. It's for this reason, I will never use this business again. Rip off..... thanks but no thanks!

Will not be using again
On November 27th 2023,I enquired about challenge coins, was told a 2-week delivery if I submitted my design by the afternoon. During the design and approval stage I had lots of communication from the team once I made payment no communication. I contacted the company a week later discovered a different timeline: over 3 weeks for production plus shipping. My order arrived in the first week of 2024, without shipment notification. The quality is average considering the price. Despite the company's claim of overseeing every step and being Australian-owned, my order came from China, leaving me surprised that the items were not made in Australia.
