Communication is non existence
Communication is non existence. It seems that after you order and wait the 7 days then ring they then dispatch the item. This occurred on both orders. Last order 11 days to arrive. Item is 5 star but only a few pounds cheaper than wickes who deliver in 2/3 days. Overall they need to keep you informed not wait for you to ring them.

Really great customer service and product. The second time I've used them.
Even though I phoned up and changed my order several times, as I'd not measured properly, they were always polite, always communicated well and were pleasant to talk to.
Also the packaging they sent my item in was superb! No chance of damage.
Will definitely use again 🙂

Easier than I thought, I ordered online and my piece of perspex arrived well packaged a few days later. Perfect for the job I had in mind. My tortoise is very happy with his new window on the world ! I am also very happy with my purchase, will definitely recommend you to others. Thank you

Patio table top
I wanted to replace the broken glass on my patio table. Glass was proving to be very expensive. So I apprehensively placed an order with the plastic man for an acrylic replacement. I am very pleased I did. It looks great, fits perfectly. And I don’t need to worry that it will break again.
