The structure of their website is amazing. Super helpful staff and a great variety of well priced items.

Cards arrived quickly after purchase. A better way to transport the cards would be to have them in top loaders or loader pockets.

This is the 3rd order I have placed where something has gone wrong. The first they didn't fulfil for well over a week and when they did much of the stuff wasn't able to be fulfilled. They gave me some credit to smooth things over which was nice.

Second order I went to use what I thought was the credit which was sitting on my account. The order was interrupted with a message saying the credit was accidentally too much and they gave me a code for a much lesser amount which then meant I wanted to change the order as it influenced my purchase decisions.

Just placed my 3rd order yesterday for almost $300 worth of cards. Was fully refunded in less than 12 hours with no explanation until I queried it. They said there were some errors on their website and they were temporarily not fulfilling orders while they corrected the errors.

Was pretty shocked that every one of the 120+ cards I ordered had incorrect prices. Yes many were cheap but also very undesirable cards that are commonly sold for very cheap prices so a little surprised that not one single card was at a price that they could at least partially fulfil the order.

I alerted them to the fact their site still had all the same cards in stock for the same prices and maybe they should add some sort of notification to indicate that order aren't being processed so that the next customer doesn't have the same negative experience. That was over 4 hours ago and they are all still on the site at the same prices.

I'd say I've spent around 3-4 hours minimum over the 3 orders in excess of the time it took to place the order to either get the things I ordered or find out why I didn't.

Will give it one more try a some point. Fingers crossed for a much better experince.

Website was super easy to navigate, the order was ready for pick up really quickly. Communication is really good and the new bricks and mortar store is really impressive.

Bought from them multiple times and is always great! Look forward to visiting the physical store at some point :)
