We recently had a Sigenergy 10-panel solar system installed by Project Green, and from start to finish the experience has been excellent. Understanding the ins and outs of solar can be tricky, but Alec did a fantastic job at the start guiding us through the process and ensuring the final system suited our needs perfectly.

Finlay’s site visit was really helpful — he answered all our technical questions and gave us confidence in the aftercare Project Green provides. The installation team, Craig and Ben, were brilliant: friendly, professional, and quick to resolve a couple of issues that arose over the two days.

A big thank you as well to Lauren, who managed the communication and admin seamlessly throughout.

Our system is now up and running, and we couldn’t be happier with both the result and the service. A great customer experience from start to finish! The final price was very competitive and reasonable.

The green project is the best company I used to work with so far. Communication with them wasn't to overwhelming but informative and well organised at the same time. The whe system installed quick and without distributions for reasonable price. This is, probably, the only company I would highly recommend. Especially I would like to say thank you to Derek and Lauren who always responded and answered all my questions.

Great experience with Project Green resulting in an install of 24 panels and a Sigenergy system.

I compared six different companies and found Project Green to be very well priced, knowledgable and helpful in answering my questions. They knew their stuff across a variety of technical options and were happy to explain the pros and cons of my thoughts based on my own research and interactions with their competitors.

Another plus was them updating me when a new battery option was released, giving me the option to adjust my system to take advantage of the increased capacity and doubled cycle count, both things that will help reduce my payback period.

I also needed my roof felt replacing and whilst Project Green didn't have the people to do that, they were flexible in terms of when they put up the scaffolding, allowing a local roofing team to do their bit during the week before the actual install - saving me money on a separate scaffolding job.

The work completed yesterday with everything left tidy and with me being given a thorough run-through the associated application to the point that I can clearly see how much I'm generating, using and exporting.

All in all a pleasant experience. I'd be happy to recommend Project Green to anyone looking for a battery / solar installation. Thanks to the team.

From the start of my order, all my many questions were answered. The survey was as expected and the installation was excellent. I’m impressed with the phone app and Sigenergy equipment (charger , inverter and batteries )- looks good. The admin office kept me informed at each stage and the engineers are very knowledgeable.

Start from site assessment to installation Project Green has been very friendly, professional and transparent. I noticed they are a diverse team of specialists, and they respect each other boundaries and no bluff! Everything is done to the clock, and found their price competitive and reasonable. The smart app is easy and simple to monitor systems daily performance. I would strongly recommend the company if you are looking for installing solar PV systems.

I spoke with 3 companies to get quotes. All were very personable & I'd have been happy to use any of them. Yes, Project Green was the cheapest quote, but that wasn't really the deciding factor. Derek really understood what we were trying to achieve. The proposal ticked all the boxes & there was no pressure to buy at all.
Ellie & Lauren have been very quick to respond to every message & call.
The installation team were great...cant say I saw much of them, but everything works, they put the spare tiles in the garage for me & they tidied up after themselves. They also gave me a quick tour of the app... Sure I would have worked it all out, but I appreciated the thought.

I compared several quotes for supplying solar energy for my (very old) home. Projectgreen was one of few who came and surveyed the property properly and were far and away better than any other. The surveyor was helpful and clearly had a thorough knowledge and understanding of the issues. The installation was carried out efficiently and the guys worked quickly and cleanly. The electrician was very helpful in getting the initial configuration set up and provide useful advice. The company has followed up the installation and the office staff have answered all my questions promptly. It has been a pleasure to do business with them all.

We received several quotes for our installation and to be honest we were bamboozled and a bit out of our depth, a friend suggested that we speak to Project Green to help us understand. We had a visit where the advantages and disadvantages of the information were explained and advice given on how best to proceed. We ended up with a better installation, with more storage and generation for slightly less money. The installation went perfectly and Finn explained everything once it was finished, we did have need to use the after sales service to help us set up the off peak charging last winter and it was no bother at all. The quality of the information, installation, hardware, app to monitor the system, cost and after sales service is all first class and I would not hesitate to recommend Project Green.

Project Green is a great company to work with, so much so that we've engaged them on three separate projects so far. Their prices are unbeatable and the work exemplary. They will always give advice and liaise with the customer as to the best outcome to achieve their goals. If they don't think it's feasible for a project to work they will say so. They sort out all the paperwork/certificates so there's nothing to do apart from contacting your own energy supplier for exporting. Project Green are also very good at following up after the job to make sure everything is working and you're happy.
We have absolutely no problem in recommending Project Green to anyone who asks and they will always be our first port of call for future work.

We had a full solar and battery system installed by Project Green. The team were very friendly and efficient with the whole process. Only minor criticism is that have been told the battery will be installed in the loft and when came to installation been told that is not recommended and that will suggest yo have it installed outside or different place. Not a big issue only that I wished I have known from the start

The whole experience was professional, efficient and smooth. From calling up to get an initial quote from Derek who guided me through the process and suggested the best solar panel / battery configuration for me. There was no push to sell, just the facts about the pros and cons of the available options. The installation took a day and a half and installation team were excellent. Finn, the electrician, was excellent. He walked me through the set up of system and the app and couldn't have been more helpful. Ben and Dom, the roofers even replaced a previously broken tile without being asked. Lauren, in the office, was excellent too. All documentation was provided almost instantaneously following the completion of the project and Lauren was on hand to deal with any queries I had about setting up export tariffs.
All in all, a fantastically smooth, efficient and professional experience. I would highly recommend Project Green

Many thanks to the team (both in the office and on site) they were very approachable/available and kept me well informed (fielding my technical questions and addressing my concerns). I had a 3.6kW system with battery installed and though it is early days I am very happy with the installation and the hardware. Everything from the initial site visit to the scaffolding and eventual installation was on schedule. For the price of the overall package I feel that I received good value for money. I'm now sitting back and enjoying my investment!

We had been thinking about solar panels with a battery for several years. We finally made the decision to have some quotes from various companies. One of the quotes came from Derek at Project Green who spent much time with us laying out the choices and answering all our questions in easy understandable layman’s language. He then invited us to their offices to meet the Team who were warm, welcoming and took time to design the lay out for us. I wanted a sigenergy battery which they supplied and fitted . Communication with Lauren was excellent before installation with the scaffolders arriving on time and then the installation team appearing on the allotted day and time. The installation followed the same company ethos of respectfulness, professionalism and helpfulness again answering questions and walking us through the Sig App. Work took a day and a half (15 panels and battery installation) cables hidden, mess absolutely minimal and interruption to our working day negligible.
We have been absolutely delighted with the whole process from start to finish but also they made it clear that any issues whatsoever we can contact them. Thank you Project Green.
