Was a little dubious initially having never invested in gold, however after my first dealings with them, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending TPGC as a first-class company, with superb service and excellent customer service. I recently needed to liquidate a small amount of my physical gold, and after requesting a valuation from a different broker (to remain nameless), and having been informed that I would need to courier the package at a cost of approximately £250, I checked TPGC for a buy-back valuation. To my surprise, I was quoted in excess of £4k above the other quote, with fully insured delivery and no courier.
I have been kept fully informed of each stage of the transaction (Tommy - thank you!), and will certainly use them again when circumstances permit.

I bitterly regret having purchased some silver in December last year from the Pure Gold Company. However, at the time of purchasing silver coins I believed I was acquiring coins that would retain reasonable resale value. It has since become clear that the products I was sold are not commercially viable for resale at anything close to what I paid and they have made a massive margin out of failing to disclose this at any point and they tried to downplay the issue when I brought this up in emails to them. Had it been made clear to me at the inset I would not have gone ahead with the purchase. I was mislead and as a result I have suffered a substantial lose in the region of 40k of hard earned savings. Beware, you will lose money and they won't tell you about it given the way they have designed their process and what they recommend you buy. I've also been told by multiple bullion dealers that there is a huge profit margin in QUARTER SOVEREIGNS. This company certainly does not practice with honesty and integrity.

I found from a podcaster recommendation, I was a bit apprehensive at first. But I found the whole process reassuring and easy. From the first contact to actually using the service I am very happy. A very knowledgeable and helpful member of staff, happy to answer any questions and never felt pressured. Would happily use again and recommend.

I’m new to investing in gold, but having seen the reviews for Pure Gold Company I decided to to buy from them. The contact with the company was very good and helpful and I ordered a certain amount of a particular coin and paid. Afterwards I compared the price I paid with other company’s and found that PG was more expensive than many if not all. I realise I maybe should have done more research beforehand but I didn’t. I emailed the company to query this, but had no reply so after a couple of days I rang and had a conversation with someone, Charles I think, he gave me an explanation that other company’s are out of stock of this particular coin so that could possibly be the cause of the difference in price. I’m not experienced enough to challenge that so left it at that. But I do feel a little aggrieved at this. Other than that, the contact with the company has been good.

I’ve now received a prompt reply from Pure Gold, and they will be contacting me shortly. As I said my dealings with the company has been very good, and fitting of their reputation.
