Order #10266 - No delivery for 16 months, no response to emails. Formal complaint filed with Action Fraud.

I ordered three puzzles in December 2024. After ordering, I learned that none of the puzzles would be mailed until March 2025. March came and went with no further contact or delivery. I emailed the company multiple times and received excuse after excuse. One puzzle was finally delivered in July but the other two are still MIA. I have since emailed them twice requesting a refund for the remaining puzzles, citing their own terms and conditions stating severe delays as an acceptable reason for order cancellation and refund. I have gotten no response. Do NOT waste your money on this company.

The last 3 months have been VERY frustrating. I am tired of mailing and trying to find out where a puzzle is that I ordered. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. I have sent more than 12 mails. The answers come 3-10 days later and are not useful or forthcoming at all. Dreadful service.

DO NOT ORDER! Scam!!! No puzzle! No money! No reply on multiple emails sent to both email addresses!!!

This site used to be good. I have bought many cubes from them. In early 2021, I ordered another cube, but immediately realised I had ordered the wrong one. Emailed them straightaway, before they had actioned it. They ignored it. Emailed again when they said they were sending it. Ignored again. Cube arrived and I emailed again. Ignored.
Claimed and received a refund from Paypal. Absolutely no response at all from the site. I offered to send the cube back at their expense. They never replied. Hopeless lack of service.

Ignoring my emails, no other way to contact. Refund promised for faulty puzzle - weeks ago and no refund received. Sharks!

Had to go via my credit card company for a delivery that never came... 3 weeks after the speedy delivery I paid for. Missed a birthday and despite a series of emails back and forth, hid the whole time behind COVID... at the same time they were taking the same speedy order on their website. The type of company to AVOID.

Bought a number of products for my brother for his birthday, which turned up promptly and as described - great quality. Unfortunately one of them did turn up damaged, but after contacting them, The Puzzle Store sent out a replacement very quickly. Great service!!
