I recently purchased a hoodie from The Race Works, and although the quality was excellent, I found the sizing a little too snug for my liking.

I contacted the company to arrange a return, and the entire process couldn’t have been easier. They promptly provided a prepaid DPD returns label, allowing me to drop the parcel off at my local Post Office without any inconvenience (I did have to print it off so I’m fortunate that I had a printer. If you don’t own one I’d imagine the company has an alternative way to arrange a return label)

The hoodie itself was impressive and I ordered the next size up before even returning the original, as I certainly didn’t want to miss out.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that not only offers high-quality clothing but also genuinely values its customers.

If you’re looking for excellent clothing, friendly service and a company that truly looks after its customers, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Race Works.

A thoroughly deserved five stars, and I’ll certainly be purchasing from them again!

EDIT: I’ve updated my review due to some errors on my part of understanding the return process. They use DPD next day which is expensive to start with and charge you for the privilege so unfortunately I have made the edit to reflect what I thought was a prepaid label and they are quite sneaky by taking the fees for this expensive service from your refund. I’m not a happy customer and I will not be using the company again. The sizing of clothes needs to be absolutely accurate and the description of fit needs to be equally accurate also. This was sadly not the case in my experience.
