Excellent service from TheRadioShop
Excellent service from TheradioShop, ordered a radio earpeice at about 2pm on a Thursday. I received a phone call shortly afterwards to confirm the radio model to ensure I had ordered the right bit. I received the Item the following morning in the post. Excellent customer care and super fast delivery. The Item looks high quality and appears to be well built.

Helpful and efficient
Ordered items via internet and they were delivered promptly. I had ordered incorrect items for the use i wanted and they were very receptive. Because I had not used the items they did refund once I had posted the back. This was not necessarily their usual policy so very good of them

Very helpful service. I ordered some walkie talkies in blue but as they weren't in stock, the company immediately contacted me to offer me an alternative colour or a refund. As I was happy with another colour, the new products came straight away and it was all very efficient and helpful. I appreciated the thought to offer me an alternative so promptly.
