SCAM COMPANY. It took over 5 weeks for it to get here, and it’s nothing at all like advertised. I went to return based on their “return guarantee” and they said because it was during a promotional period, they will not pay for return shipping. (It’s always a promotional period, because the product sucks. So now they’re telling me I need to pay $28+ to return this crappy product to Toronto Canada from the U.S..

I’m afraid my experience mirrors that of a previous review by Mrs Nichols, I also purchased the premium bundle but haven’t received all of the order. Many email exchanges with “Kristine” (whom I’m not sure even exists) a further email to the director (identified as the only employee at companies house) and now silence. I’ve been quite patient and held off a negative review but this matter has now been going on for weeks and belies the company’s marketing blurb. Poor, poor service and I am left out of pocket
I bought a premium bundle and received only the Theraknee's and not the bundle.
After many email exchanges with Kristine and some ridiculous request, such as what does the bundle comprise of! Then eventually responses just stopped. Extremely poor customer service and I would not be recommending them.
