I orderered a massage gun and wanted to send it back as I got a better deal elsewhere. This company make it impossible to send items back, I emailed asking to return (as that’s what you have to do) then you get a reply saying you need to complete a survey, once the survey is complete then they’ll tell you everything you need to do to return the item. After completing the survey I followed up by email and got a ‘delivery incomplete’. This has now happened multiple times. I’ve been trying to send this item back for two weeks and now cannot get ahold of the company. Do not buy from this company, complete scam and lost money.

I wish I could actually review this product but five weeks after I ordered it still hasn't arrived...

Their customer service is quick to reply to emails but has been unable to inform me when the product was shipped (but apparently it has been shipped so I can't cancel it and get a refund). They are unable to tell me the name of the carrier they shipped with but assured me it has been shipped and I will get a tracking number soon - 2 weeks later I am still waiting for this tracking number and carrier name - but it definitely has been shipped!

Thanks TheraonePro - there won't be a present under the tree this year! I'm fuming - do yourself a favour and don't buy this product!

The biggest con going do not use this site I have reported and hopefully will be shut down very soon. Bathed me 4 times what’s he originally said then went sent out items complete cheap junk from china

I purchased the massage gun Theraone Pro. I received it in October 24. Used it sparingly, by the end of January 2025 it stopped working, It would not charge. I Contacted customer care, they refused to exchange or refund it even though I paid £4.99 for an extended guarantee. They said the refund or return policy expires after 30 days. They refuse to admit I have purchased the extended warranty which is clearly visible from my receipt. Terrible customer care and I am feeling scammed.
